Help desk technician to provide customer service and technical support to clients. You will monitor and manage tools allowing to be proactive and resolve customer issues quickly. Handle problems over the phone as well as visiting client offices when needed. 2+ years of help desk support required!
Experienced systems analyst needed to handle all software and systems issues. You will not handle any hardware issues. You will set up and train employees on management system. NextGen experience preferred!
