Primary job responsibility will be to process daily electronic data interchange billing files that are received for payer reimbursement. Must be dedicated to meeting crucial deadlines processing reports. You will monitor background business processor automation for failures, communicate any issues with claims processing to appropriate person, setup year end processes and track and report EDI issues for production. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology required. 3+ years of experience in EDI billing.
Help desk technician to provide customer service and technical support to clients. You will monitor and manage tools allowing to be proactive and resolve customer issues quickly. Handle problems over the phone as well as visiting client offices when needed. 2+ years of help desk support required!
You will create and modify computer application software or utility programs and work closely with project managers. VB, ASP.net and SQL server experience required!
