You will keep up to date with manufacturer recalls and manage recalls from open to close of claim. Ensure warranty documents are accurate and complete with all required materials submitted to process the claim. Analyze denials and process appeals. Communication skills are crucial as you will be in direct communication with management to ensure excellent customer service. Must have great Excel and data entry skills and work well under pressure meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
