Director of Nursing needed for long-term care facility. Must have 10+ years of management experience. You will oversee the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of the healthcare facility. You will develop strong relationships with patients and families and work calmly in high-pressure situations. Oversee all RNs, LPNs, CMAs and other support staff.
