Experienced Commercial Property Manager will manage all aspects of commercial and retail properties. You will oversee all operations and financial responsibilities of the properties. Ensure all rent is collected and pay monthly expenses. Prepare all legal notices. Arrange tenant move-ins and move-outs and also perform onsite visits to inspect properties. Develop business relationships through various professional organizations. 4 year degree required. Commercial real estate experience required.
