The Benefits Coordinator acts as a point of contact for employee benefits related issues for all employees within company. You will work with brokers and vendors to ensure benefit programs are properly followed. Prepare government reports related to EEO compliance, maintain all personnel records and manage annual open enrollment. Benefits and payroll experience are required. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
